Japanese security firm Alacom Co and robotic firm Tmsuk Co have unveiled a new security robot which is capable of hurling nets at possible intruders and can be controlled via a mobile phone.
This security robot, called the T-34 senses the movement of suspected intruders through well equipped sensors and is built on wheels.It moves at up to 10km/h (6mph), and can be controlled by someone seeing real-time images on a mobile phone.The companies envisage that the T-34 will be used in factories and commercial premises.

According to the companies statement,“Security sensors often set off false alarms but examining the location with the robot will lead to more efficient operations”
